Yes, The Rolling Plate provides franchise privileges to these brands. One brand at one location is called 1 Unit and, 1 unit Franchise cost starts from 2.90 Lakh rupees.

The cost to buy an Unit Franchise starts from 2, 90,000 + 18% GST (Two lakhs ninety thousand only + 18% GST) + Marketing charges of 50K for first year.
Yes , As the competition is higher in Cloud kitchen Space , The Marketing (Zomato/Swiggy) is important to get the visibility of the restaurant .
This is a FOCO Model franchise kitchen i.e. Franchise-Owned Company-Operated. From setting up the kitchen to hiring of the staff and buying equipment’s, everything is done by the company which also manages the monthly expenses of the kitchen. This includes paying rentals, salaries, and all other expenses.
The franchise gets 18% of the GROSS SALES of the business done by the Brand taken by the franchise.
There are NO MONTHLY EXPENSES other than marketing and promotional requirements as needed at the investor’s discretion.
The term period of franchise is of 3 years. The franchise can be renewed for the next 3 years after paying 30% of the franchise fee at the time of renewal.
We are available in Delhi NCR. But since this is a FOCO Model so franchise have no involvements in the operations so anybody from anywhere in the world can take the franchise in Delhi NCR.
10 – 18 Months approx. ( Depends on the Marketing & Positioning )
Yes, in this model there is no investor-side involvement in the operations. So you can monitor it from different states or from the different countries also.
Since this is an online restaurant, the sales are via online delivery portals like Zomato, Swiggy and other delivery partners. We will give the admin Id & Password of the platform to the franchise to keep a check.
The agreement can be singed online. We will send the agreement online and you can scan & print the agreement & sign it.
No, you can take the franchise on the individual Name.
The maximum time taken for the integration is 45 – 60 days.

The income depends on the marketing of the unit which is the core responsibility of the unit Franchise. Generally a unit does a revenue of 30k*- 1Lac* Rs. by end of 1st year.
The restaurant franchise cannot be returned but it can be transferred.
